Valuation of a company to be bought by an investment group. Present situation makes it unattractive to buy the company. Therefore we had to analyze and propose potential changes to improve its value once it is bought. (May & June 2017)

A company in the food industry has had operating loss in the last years. It operates 40 restaurants. This project was aimed to make a detailed analysis for the last years for each of the restaurants and determine a strategy for each of them. Some will keep running as today, some need some improvements, some need deep changes to make them profitable again and some will be closed. Cost of exit has been determined for all restaurants to be closed and options to minimize this loss has been presented. (April & May 2017)
